All orders will be charged a shipping fee which is based on the weight of the consignment. The exact shipping charges will be informed to client & will be collected separately from the client. Please allow up to 3 To 7 working days for shipping. Further we are not liable for any customs and legal implications including forfeiture, seizure and / or auction. Any such legal implication or notice shall be forwarded to the purchaser
DRUG Policy
Scotwin Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. will not ship any narcotics or controlled substances Pharmacy Clients. The Medicines Supplied to you are sourced directly from the Manufactures only. In Some cases on advice of the Manufacturer we source the Medicine from their Authorized agent. We confirm that we do not source any Medicines other than these source.
Refund Policy
The client willing to return the Purchased Medicine For Any reason can do so subject to following conditions.
Medicines Should Be returned within 30 days from the date of Purchase.
Medicines should be returned in its original conditions. Only intact Medicines can be returned. The opened & partly used Medicines will not be taken back.
The cost of shipping up to India will have to be born by the Customer.
The amount of Returned Medicines will be refunded to client’s Bank A/C or Credit Card A/C directly.
